Hello!
I’m Ari, and welcome to Create Her… my passion project.
Art meant to inspire you and your inner creative to re-imagine the world in a more vibrant way.
MY MISSION…
My hope for Create Her is that this will be a space where you can come to find pieces that help express your inner Creative outwardly. I want to inspire, encourage, and educate young women and artists with tools that they can use to be their beautiful individual selves.

A BIT ABOUT ME…
I have been making art for as long as I can remember. Growing up the only child of my nomadic mother, I found it soothing and it often entertained me. When I’m getting lost in a drawing or a painting, I think it is truly the only time in life I feel focused.
Thankfully my mother noticed this spark in me yearly on, and had me in lessons at a young age. Now, at 25 years old, I have about 16 years of art lessons under my belt. I’ve spent over half my life studying it, and over half my life running from my true calling.
Nobody told me I couldn’t be an artist, in fact everyone around me told me I should be. I just didn’t believe them. I didn’t believe in myself, or my own creativity. I only knew that I was technically skilled from all those years of classes, but inside I felt like a fraud. A shell of an artist, with no message to share.
It wasn’t until this last year, amongst the chaos of 2020, that I decided to face myself. I felt like a fraud, because I wasn’t trying. I was filling my life with distractions, and constantly emptying my creative well, instead of nurturing myself and trying to fill it. It’s not that I’m not creative, it’s that I wasn’t making time to explore my creativity.
I have been on a journey this last year of exploring that creativity, finding confidence, and joy in life again through creating my artwork. I have stopped running from the fear of failure, and started to understand that you won’t ever be successful if you don’t try. So here I am, trying.
I’m excited to share with you my process, my creative journey, and hopefully I will be able to share with y’all the tools I find successful at letting my inner creative flourish.
Art is personally my life source, but I also believe that everyone has an inner creative that they need to nurture (artist or not). It took me a long time to accept this as my path but once you know something is right… you can’t unknown it. :) I hope with Create Her, you too will find what you need to let your inner Creator shine.
